Research InterestsCreatine kinase, cyclosporine Brief BiographyDr. Annesley received his Ph.D. in Biochemstry from Rice University in 1979. Following additional post-doctoral training in Clinical Chemistry at the Mayo Clinic from 1979-1981, he joined the faculty at the University of Michigan. Dr. Annesley is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry. His research has focused on immunosuppressive drug monitoring and chromatographic techniques for assaying therapeutic drugs. In 1981 he received the Young Investigator's Award of the Academy of Clinical Laboratory Physicians and Scientists, and in 1987 he was the recipient of the prestigious Young Investigator's Award of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry. Dr. Annesley currently sits on the Board of Editors of the journals Clinical Chemistry, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, and Biomedical Chromatography.
