Research Interest:

My research focuses on the role of the Wnt/APC/ß-catenin/Tcf signaling pathway in a particular subtype of ovarian carcinomas, namely, endometrioid adenocarcinomas (OEAs). Specifically, I am working to verify this pathway’s transcriptional regulation of a candidate gene. In addition, my studies seek to explore this gene’s role in cell growth, transformation and invasion. I am also working to see how the Wnt pathway interacts with known tumor suppressor pathways to promote OEA development/progression.
