On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, the Department of Pathology held its annual Welcome Reception, introducing 6 new graduate students, 6 new residents, 18 new ACGME/non-ACGME fellows/Clinical Instructors, and 22 new faculty members.
The reception provided an opportunity for attendees to connect with the new arrivals while enjoying a buffet of hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine. Dr. Charles Parkos, the Chair of Pathology, gave a brief welcome address before encouraging everyone to mingle and get acquainted. The event saw a strong turnout and was enjoyed by all present.
