A full range of diagnostic services are available in the Division of Anatomic Pathology.  State of the art technology and active research programs ensure that the most sophisticated diagnostic modalities are available.  Techniques include frozen sections and fixed tissue, light microscopy, immunohistochemstry and immunofluorescent staining and cell morphometry.

Special areas of expertise include Breast Pathology, Bone Pathology, Cardiac Pathology, Dermatopathology, Electron Microscopy,  Endocrine, Thyroid, Gastrointestinal and Hepatic Pathology, Genitourinary Pathology, Gynecologic Pathology,  Head and Neck Pathology,  Neuropathology, Opthalmic Pathology, Pediatric Pathology, Pulmonary Pathology, Renal Pathology and Soft Tissue Pathology.
