Twelve Pathology Faculty Promotions Approved

On May 21, 2026, the University of Michigan Board of Regents approved promotions for 12 Department of Pathology Faculty. Their new appointments take effect September 1, 2026.

Clinical Associate Professors: Drs. David Chapel, Jensyn Cone Sullivan, Steven Hrycaj, Cathryn Lapedis

Professor with Tenure: Dr. Jeffrey Hodgin

Associate Professor with Tenure: Dr. Russell Ryan

Associate Research Scientist: Dr. Jean Tien
